What is NGO?
NGO means a Non-Government Organization for the purposes of social and public services. An NGO is an association of 7 or more people having a common purpose and motive of social works and for the benefit and development of public.

Procedure of NGO Registration
For Registration of NGO, a minimum of seven persons are required for being Secretary, President,
Treasurer and executive Members. The rules, byelaws along with all other terms and conditions of the NGO are mentioned while drafting of constitution of the NGO and an application for NGO registration is submitted with appropriate Stamp duty before the registrar of the Societies of the concerned district. On the day of registration, the members are required in person before the Registrar for the purposes of signing, attestation and verification after that the Certificate of Registration of NGO is issued generally within 7-15 days.

- PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Address Proof and Photograph of Directors.
- Bank Statement of Directors

- NOC and Rent Agreement and utility bill of the Landlord of the Business Premises in cases Business Premise is rented.
